Situated in Navarino Bay, one of the safest natural bays of the Mediterranean Sea, in the province of Messinia at the southwestern tip of the Peloponnese, the IOLI’S VILLAS complex has been built in an area of 3000 m2, washed by crystal-clear sparkling blue waters and surrounded by lush countryside.

All around, low green hills full of luxuriant vegetation, olive trees, vineyards and cypresses blend with villages overrun with flowers, lemon and orange trees. Villa Description

Villa Pero lies on 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, sofas, and coffee tables, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs, a bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds joined together and a bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area is the ideal place for chilling moments with direct access to the beach!
